Had the strangest dream. It felt both delightful and mysterious. Within this dream mountains of books were being given away. The bookstore was a strange blend of Medieval stone, iron, and wood with clean, ultramodern minimalist architecture. People were hurrying in and out with armloads of books. Some lingered, stood about, sat around, puckering up chins and lips in odd, almost comedic facial expressions while alternately plucking at and caressing pages of paper. Books, books, ¡BOOKS! everywhere here in New York City! Twas a mad, merry frenzy of books as if it was a scene in some weird Neo-Disney Noir movie. Continue reading

Dream: Rescued a Boy from a Crowd with a Riding Lawnmower Spaceship
Note: The name of the boy in the dream below has been changed to protect his and his family’s identity and privacy. The dream occurred on a Tuesday morning on the 25th of August 2026.
The Dream
I work outside sitting on and operating a round, red riding lawnmower in a huge grassy area with scattered trees. Boxwood bushes cluster nearby. The machine is a mix of old and futuristic tech. I sit back in an open, throne-like chair operating it like a bulldozer as there’s no tractor-like steering wheel. The machine is painted a bright, crimson red covered in dust, grass clippings, and other mowing debris. The chrome metal parts gleam in the sunlight. The mower looks like the old, red, saucer-shaped one my great-uncle Aumon used to operate back on the family farm in the 1970s and 80s. Except the throne-chair is highly futuristic and appears to be a replica of the Captain’s Chair aboard the Starship Enterprise in the Star Trek mythos. Otherwise the rubber-handled levers for operating caterpillar tracks like on a bulldozer sat to my immediate right and left. Felt I could fly away if truly urgent. Indeed, a nanosecond of recognition as a UFO in disguise flashed thru my mind. Continue reading
Wedding Ghosts and the Enigma of a Recurring Dream
A Ghost Wedding in the Future leads to healing long buried Grief from the Past
Recurring dreams are rare for me. When they do occur, however, they return over and over and over again. They distract me from my daily real-life responsibilities with a growing obsession with efforts to determine just what in the world do these wild dreams mean? What did they mean back then? What do they mean now? And do the meanings of one person’s dreams ever represent anything for any other person?
Had a dream back in February 2020 as the COVID-19 Pandemic was spreading around our planet that recurred so often the dream haunted me even while awake. The dream was unusually short in duration and didn’t peel off into a reel of others. So often one dream would roll into another and then into another, each one a different dream yet all seem interconnected and linked together like books in The Bible. Perhaps what felt most intriguing and somewhat disturbing was what and who were not in this odd dream such as current partners. The dream felt more realistic and less fantastical, and it also felt incredibly prophetic. To come true, however, the events within the dream would have to go against the grain of current, on-going, real-life relationships. As it turns out, this dream unleashed a torrent of long-buried pain and, ultimately, resolution and liberation. My subconscious had to jack hammer it into my awareness more than five years after I first experienced this dream.
