The US war against Iran didn’t start in late February 2026. This war, part of a larger complex of conflicts, has been going on in one form or another since 1979. Indeed, since 1953 when one considers the CIA coup against a democratically elected socialist government. Then again, the Cold War was on, and the Cold War was an existential mess between two mutually alien systems. Millions died despite the “cold” nature of the conflict, too. Indeed, one can easily go back to 1914 when the Ottoman Turks and its enemies the British and Russians all invaded Persian Iran during the First World War. Later in the Second World War the Soviets and the British invaded and divided up Iran. The Middle East is a cauldron of wars and conflicts, but Donald Trump is no Alexander the Great.
He is a corrupt, oligarchic buffoon with the attention span of an infant surrounded by incompetent sycophants who feed his fragile ego. Furthermore, the quasi-fascistic and corrupt authoritarian regime of Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu has led Trump figuratively by the nose directly into the biggest, worst maelstrom in the Middle East in ages. This is not a war for Israel’s survival as much as it’s a dog of distraction to suck people’s attention away from the grotesque wickedness found in the Epstein Files. Trump comes up numerous times in those files in ways that allegedly point to his participation in gross criminal activities. There are additional controversial mysteries connecting the sex and trafficking scandals of Epstein’s dark web to Israeli government agencies including intelligence, which, of course, the Israelis deny. All of this demonstrates the incompetency of Trump and his shameless cohorts.
This war is also a significant distraction from the release of the so-called UFO Files and the push for full Disclosure of UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena) and NHI, Non-Human Intelligences. Trump launched his wag-the-dog war just days after first Obama and then Trump upon an airplane set imaginations ablaze with their goofy, uncomfortable chatter about “UFOs and Aliens” with Trump declaring what Obama said is “classified” and he might have to get Obama “out of trouble.” There is an Israeli connection to NHI issues as well. In 2020, Haim Eshed, the highly respected, retired former military general and intelligence officer who both served as the director of the Israeli Space Program and in related covert space programs for decades, declared there exists a Galactic Federation of Non-Human species, and we Earth humans are not yet ready for membership. Eshed also alleged US presidents including Trump know about these ETs. If these allegations regarding technologically-advanced NHI are indeed true as nine decades of claims by numerous credible people, imagine what these NHIs may be thinking as they observe and evaluate us Earth humans destroying ourselves, our global economy, and further damaging our biosphere? Are we distracted from the Iran War yet?
Iran did not pose any imminent threat to the United States of America. Our own intelligence agencies determined such is true. There wasn’t any imminent launch of an ICBM, an InterContinental Ballistic Missile, armed with a massive, conventional weapon toward anywhere in the world. No sign of any nuclear weapons being assembled. Apparently Iran halted and scrapped its development of atomic weapons years ago. The Israeli and American attacks in last summer’s so-called “Twelve Day War” took care of those alleged weapons and the capacity to manufacture them. Yes, Iran could reconstitute its nuclear weapons programs, and it would be awhile. Months and years. Israel was not in any immediate danger of extinction despite Iran’s language of existential threats. The ailing, elderly, ideologically rigid Ayatollah and Supreme Leader would have likely died anyway before new nukes could be fabricated from the wreckage. Newer, younger, more flexible leaders would have emerged. Such leaders would have not been liberal by any means, but were reputed to be more reform-oriented. Not any more. A someday threat based upon revenge and retaliation was certainly possible, and less so with new leadership.
Now that the Iranians have been blown to smithereens, partially in the name of their liberation, hasn’t anyone considered they’ll be eager to quickly build nuclear weapons for national defense against more attacks like Trump’s Operation Epic Fury? Consider this, you imbeciles in Mar-a-Lago and in Washington: any future Iranian regime, even a modern democratic one, will certainly consider the value of having nuclear weapons with delivery systems to deter future attacks by anyone after a history of such since the First World War.
Iranians protesting in the streets asked for US help to overthrow the dictatorship of the mullahs during their revolt back in December 2025 and January 2026. Such cries for help was indeed a compelling reason to intervene. Yet the US stirred up those cries and claimed it would help. The American regime allowed the son of the late Shah, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, living in exile in the USA , to fire up the Iranian streets with his calls to overthrow the dictatorship of the mullahs and bring about either a democratic republic or a constitutional monarchy. America never did come to the rescue of the protesters, not even after the tyrants of Iran massacred tens of thousands of their own citizens across at least two days in mid-January. Recently Trump more or less dumped any support for Crown Prince Pahlavi and even sought to work with anyone from the current Islamic Republican regime as a new leader of Iran. Trump’s excuse it merely took a long time to maneuver two naval carrier battlegroups into position is the excusitis of deflection. Trump could have attacked Iran from afar with pinpoint precision as he did in the Summer of 2025, and yet he chose not to do anything as Iran’s Revolutionary Guards and Basij slaughtered people in the streets.
It is one thing for a regional and global network of democratic nations to band together to go on a crusade to remove tyranny and despotism from every nation on the planet. Absolute monarchs, authoritarians, totalitarians, far right, far left, in the middle, doesn’t matter, every dictatorship on the planet would be targeted and dismantled. Each such country would be guided across a period of years towards constitutional democratic institutions that also respect local cultural customs and minority ethnic groups, as long as these customs and groups do not seek to impose authoritarianism from within such as in the case of religion, tribal politics, corporatist businesses, local corruption, etc.
The United States and Israel, however, along with the Gulf States, are not on such a crusade and have no desire to do so. Those first two countries have already tipped into authoritarian regimes under the corrupt, unpopular populists Trump and Netanyahu. To be clear, the US and Israel are far from being absolute dictatorships, but they are both heading that way. By comparison, the Gulf States are all absolute monarchies. Iran itself is a totalitarian Persian state, an extreme Fundamentalist Shi’a Islamic theocracy masquerading as a multiethnic republic. The governments of all of these countries would themselves be the target of such a crusade or jihad for a constitutional democratic republic. Since we are no where near any such goal as a disunited planetary civilization, the US-Israeli attacks on Iran, despite Iran’s murderous atrocities, have only inflamed the global situation. It has made things worse.
It is easy for those here in the United States to squirm, crinkle up their faces, and bellow, “The ayatollahs are evil! Bloody butchers! And the USA should NOT have attacked them. Congress didn’t declare war. The President didn’t prepare us. It’s not America’s job to overthrow the Iranian regime. What a damn mess! At this point, however, let’s finish it! Let’s finish the damn job!”
Now Trump has gotten the USA stuck inside a hornet’s nest, going vertical with Israel as the Iranians have gone horizontal in their retaliation. The Iranians are patient and laugh off Trump’s demand to surrender as they observe and wait. They still have a massive arsenal of missiles and rockets. Iran is bigger than either Germany or Japan was back in the Second World War, minus their empires, and look how long it took us to defeat them with our Allies. We bombed them without mercy; they moved their manufacturing underground in response and prepared to fight us to the death amidst the rubble of their own homes. Now Israel is bogged down in Lebanon and antagonizing the Syrians next door. The Iran War does not exist in isolation. It’s next door to overlapping insurgencies, is connected to the conflicts in Venezuela and Cuba, to the Russo-Ukrainian War, to the Afghan-Pakistani War, to the Sudan wars, and others. The Iran War is tied into issues with odd allies North Korea, Russia, and China. Each world war began as a web of local and regional wars that merged into global conflicts. The war is a damn mess. It has cost us and our allies many billions in treasure and a growing toll in lives. The pollution of land, water, and air by petroleum and natural gas products is aggravating our biosphere and health. Both energy and food insecurity have increased, and in the Gulf, fresh water insecurity. The world is more unstable now. This is not appeasement to dictators, dead dictators at that, but a reckoning at the brink. We all stand along the edge of a much larger conflagration in the making.
Americans must find a way to impeach and remove Trump and his acolytes from power and try them for a bevy of crimes from financial corruption to treason. We must stop this war and step back from the brink. Make no mistake, this war has become an inflection point without any apparent off-ramp. To go in and “finish the job,” as even those who oppose the war are now saying, will demand ground troops and an invasion followed by an occupation. Billions and probably trillions of dollars will be required that could have gone into infrastructure development and healthcare and many other necessities right here in the USA.
Think about it: a bombed and occupied population may seek to overthrow their dictators, yes, but they will most likely turn to resist and fight back against any invaders and occupiers. What idiots in Washington and Jerusalem thought they could bomb the Iranian people into overthrowing their dictatorship and throwing up a democratic republic like a pop-up tent? To think Russia and China, already occupied elsewhere and unlikely to intervene, will stir up another strategic ruckus elsewhere in the world? That our economy won’t be damaged and at risk of a significant recession?
Last and certainly not least, despite the bloodthirsty despotism of the Iranian mullahs and their despicable crushing of dissent coupled with their parasitic stranglehold of their economy, they were not in a position to pose an existential threat to either America or Israel. Even their terrorist proxies have been crushed or whittled down. Hezbollah in Lebanon has decided to engage Israel again, much to the distress and outrage of their fellow Lebanese. Trump and his besotted, bellowing, sleepyheaded, DEI-hating, stooge Hegseth launched their war in violation of our US Constitution, ignoring both the powers granted to Congress to declare war and ignoring the limitations and responsibilities set by the War Powers Act. This war on behalf of the Israeli Far Right and its hardcore Fundamentalist Jewish factions and distract the world from both the Epstein and the UFO Files is thus an illegal war. They don’t even have an exit plan, there isn’t any strategy, and how are they planning to resupply munitions, food, and fuel to these American battle groups so far from home? They charge about bellowing like dinosaurs unaware of the giant killer asteroid about to smash into their world.
Loudmouthed, chest thumping, money grubbing, wannabe warlords with twisted dreams of Armageddon have infiltrated and infected our government. These human parasites must be legally removed. Peace must be restored. Yes, help the Iranians remove their dictators and rebuild their country and the Gulf. Also help the Israelis remove their corrupt, loose cannon prime minister and his reckless, authoritarian regime and arrest them. Tell the Gulf kingdoms further economic development and military security must come with a peaceful transition to democratic constitutional monarchies. No more absolute kings! At the same time we need to remove our own wannabe king and his crooked court of f’ing bloody idiots.
