Hunting down a long-ago Machine of Ghosts
Image of metallic spherical UFO/UAP found online that closely resembled the one the Bass Family saw over their Virginia farm in the late 1960s. The only difference is the sphere witnessed by the author’s family was silvery and stainless steel in color.
When I first came upon the image recreating what a particular spherical UFO/UAP looked like from a particular event, I felt exhilaration! It’s the first clear, uncluttered image of exactly what I remember what the UFO looked like my entire immediate family of origin witnessed near our home in rural Virginia during the late 1960s. I was an elementary school farm boy back then, and yet I recall the event as clear as if it happened yesterday.
The only difference is the found image here has a golden metallic hue while the one we experienced in the air over our family farm had a silvery or stainless steel metallic hue. Yes, it’s not a photograph but an image. Still, it works perfectly as it uses a picture to show what I wrote paragraphs in my efforts to describe unfathomable mystery.
Uncertain as to the origin of the golden orb image. Thought it was one caught hovering over the giant Arecibo radio telescope and Observatory in Puerto Rico. Then I saw it used in another blob to describe a similar metallic orb in Grant, Michigan. The image seems to float around the Internet used to describe metallic sphere-shaped craft of unknown origin yet under obvious intelligent control. I first discovered the image, however, as a “Representation” in Jorge Martin’s “More UFOs at the Arecibo Radio Observatory,” Independent Researchers’ Association for Anomalous Phenomena (IRAAP), 2005, @ http://www.iraap.org/martin/ufos_arecibo.htm. I copied and slightly boosted the otherwise somewhat washed-out picture in my Apple iPhoto to represent what my family of origin beheld on a long ago afternoon in Virginia.
