These two African Americans were unarmed when murdered by Police. Ferguson, Missouri. Cities and towns across America erupted in riots & rebellion. Black Lives Matter, simmering since 2013 in the wake of George Zimmerman’s acquittal for the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin. BLM developed upon the heels of the 2011-2012 Occupy Movement. The violence continues across America even today. The Wilderness may be a sanctuary, and as we are on a deeper level all one in some way, when a fire breaks out across the nation and the world, there is really no escaping it. There is no escaping our own shit no matter how hard one may look away.
