Looking up Spider Meadows. Wowed by all of the avalanche debris. I’ve not ever seen so much avalanche wreckage in these alpine meadows before or since. The power of masses of snow, ice, & rock crashing down the mountainside with gravity, plowing down forests, and pushing astonishing far out across the flats felt somewhat terrifying to behold.
